* Serves food and beverages including but not limited to appetizers, entrees, soups/salads and deserts, drinks, etc.

* Monitors guest satisfaction.

* Prepares and reconciles accurate bills.

* Assists with preparing facility for follow-on shift.

Physically demanding position. Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, lifting, etc. Frequent exposure to hot and cold liquids and cleaning materials. Frequent interactions with diverse guests.

Shift opportunities: Dining Room - 6:30am to 2:00pm, 5:00pm to 10:00pm; Buffet - 7:00am to 12:00pm
